Andy Gooden

Andy Gooden is the current CEO of Little Real Estate Pty Ltd. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Flinders Estate Services Pty Ltd from September 2014 to September 2015. Andy was responsible for major corporate decisions and managing the overall resources and operations of the company. Andy also defined and directed the execution of the organisation’s strategy and assumed responsibility for the overall growth of the company.

Before their time at Flinders Estate Services, Gooden was the Head of Sales at SuperIQ from June 2012 to September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading a sales team and achieving targets.

Gooden has extensive experience in financial administration and a team of legal specialists. Andy is focused on securing the financial success of the company, creating an exceptional culture, modelling the values, and building and developing the executive team.
