Beth Quarles

Beth Quarles is an experienced educator and business owner currently serving as an Elementary Educator at Little Rock School District since August 2023. Quarles has owned and operated Paper Hearts Bookstore since June 2021 and held the position of Director of Local Programs and Regional Outreach at the Clinton School of Public Service from January 2022 to August 2023. Previous roles include Volunteer Experience Director and Membership Project Coordinator for Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, as well as various teaching positions within Metro Nashville Public Schools and Nettleton Public Schools, focusing on grade levels and English Language Learner programs. Beth Quarles holds a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service, a Master of Arts in Teaching English Language Learners from Lipscomb University, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Education from Lipscomb University.
