Cecibel Quinones

Cecibel Quinones has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on benefits administration, policy implementation, and employee relations. Cecibel most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Little Sisters of the Poor, where they assumed this role in 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at MOTION PT Group from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they successfully transitioned benefit vendors and managed various compensation and benefits programs. Before that, Quinones worked as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Primex Plastics Corporation from 2013 to 2017, and as a Human Resource Specialist at YWCA Bergen County from 2007 to 2013. Their experience includes overseeing leave management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership and employee development training.

Cecibel Quinones completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Science from Kean University in 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Keiser University, which they are expected to complete in 2020.
