Little Sisters of the Poor
Patrick Hagerty has a diverse work experience, starting in 1983 as a Human Resources Director at Boston Health Care Systems, Inc. Patrick held this role until 2012. Patrick later worked at ResCare Minnesota as a Human Resources Director from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Little Sisters of the Poor as a Human Resources Director, where they are currently employed. Additionally, in 2018, Patrick became self-employed as an R.O.F. (Role of the Future).

Between 1981 and 1983, they pursued a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree at Catholic Theological Union, focusing on Theology and Philosophy.
From 1976 to 1980, Patrick Hagerty studied Japanese Studies at Nanzan University.
Lastly, they obtained a B.A. in Philosophy with minors in Mathematics and Cross-Cultural Communication from Divine Word College from 1974 to 1978.
In terms of additional certifications, Patrick Hagerty obtained the SHRM SCP certification from SHRM in December 2014. It is not specified whether they attended an institution for the SPHR certification or when they obtained it.
