Shatio Owens

Shatio Owens, MBA, has a diverse work experience that includes roles in human resources and finance management. Shatio currently serves as the Provincial Human Resources Director at Little Sisters of the Poor. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at the same organization. Before joining Little Sisters of the Poor, Shatio worked as the Human Resources Manager/Finance Manager at Capitol City Family Education Services, where they oversaw the HR and finance departments across the state of Indiana. Shatio also gained experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they provided leadership, resolved customer issues, conducted harassment investigations, and assisted with Worker's Compensation claims.

Shatio Owens completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Merrillville, Indiana from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, Owens attended Purdue University and obtained a degree in Organizational Leadership. No specific field of study was provided for either degree.
