Lauren Ogren

Lauren Ogren is an experienced professional in product development and innovation, currently serving as a Senior Associate Manager at Little Spoon since December 2023. Previously, from October 2017 to December 2023, Lauren held the roles of Food Scientist and Associate Food Scientist at KIND, leading innovations in breakfast and snacking products. Earlier experience includes coordinating new product development at KIND, where significant achievements included implementing supplier management programs and managing shelf life studies. Lauren's background also features a student lab technician role at Virginia Tech, a QA/QC internship at Yards Brewing Co, and a sensory laboratory assistant position at Virginia Tech Sensory Evaluation Laboratory. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech.
