Victoria Sprenger

Victoria joined the Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool home office team as the Director of Human Resources in 2021. She as a passion for people as the most important resource of an organization. Combining this passion with the importance she places in the growth and learning of her children, made Little Sunshine’s Playhouse a natural career choice.

She obtained a B.S. in Public Administration from Missouri State University in 2007. In 2011, she achieved her MBA, with an emphasis in Human Resources, also from Missouri State University. She maintains HRCI and SHRM Senior HR certifications.
