Rawan Alshadfan

Rawan Alshadfan has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Rawan started their career at Jordan Book Centre as an Operations Team Leader, where they handled operational tasks, managed accounts, and ensured timely delivery of orders. Rawan then worked at IFP Group as a Project Coordinator, responsible for client relationship management, proposal preparation, and show management.

After that, Rawan joined Route Jordan as a Project Manager, where they developed relationships with educational entities, prepared marketing materials, and managed projects related to overseas programs and camps for students. Rawan then moved on to Al Tarbiyah Al Islamiyah School as an American Diploma English Teacher.

Rawan later joined Tera Systems Company as a Client Servicing and Operations Manager, where they excelled in client servicing, business development, office management, and operational tasks. Currently, they hold the position of Territory Manager - KSA & Bahrain at Little Thinking Minds, where they are responsible for business development, building and maintaining relationships with schools, delivering trainings, and optimizing the product based on stakeholder feedback.

Rawan Alshadfan attended the University of Jordan from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
