Richa Nihalani has over 8 years of experience in the ecommerce and digital marketing industry. In 2021, they began their role as VP of Site Strategy for Little Words Project. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Ecommerce Manager for Sparq Life, Inc., a company that manufactures recreational inhalation devices. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder of Fashionest, a company that offers runway-relevant fashion jewelry and customizable pieces. From 2014 to 2012, they were a Technical Account Manager for SHIFT.com, providing expertise, strategy, optimization and campaign development for Fortune 1000 brands. Additionally, they were an Advertiser Account Representative for Commission Junction from 2012 to 2014, compiling regular and ad hoc reporting and providing tactical support for over 20 clients.
