Monica Plath has worked in the real estate industry since 2011, when they began as a Real Estate Broker at CBRE. In 2015, they became a Partner at Nelson Realty Advisors, LLC. In 2020, they founded Littlebird Connected Care, Inc., an award-winning and top 5 startup in Seattle. At Littlebird, Monica created a state-of-the-art wearable device that connects parents with their child anywhere, anytime. In 2022, Monica became a Founder Member of Parenthood Ventures, an ecosystem for ParentTech startups.

Monica Plath has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Communication, General from the University of Washington. Monica also holds an MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Professional Certificate in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Certificate in Wine Business Management from the Sonoma State University Wine Business Institute, and a Sales Certificate from the University of Washington - Michael G.
