Alison Coleman

Alison Coleman has a diverse work experience in business development and marketing roles. Alison started their career as an Account Executive at Marketing Visions in 1999, where they coordinated marketing efforts for agency clients. In 2002, they joined Bothwell Marketing as an Account Executive/Media Manager, where they oversaw advertising campaigns for law firms and identified business development opportunities for the agency. Alison then worked at McDermott Will & Emery LLP as a Practice Development Coordinator, specializing in intellectual property. Alison managed business development opportunities, prepared proposals, and organized client events. Alison joined Sedgwick LLP in 2005 as a Marketing Manager, where they collaborated with attorneys to develop strategies for client relationship management and practice promotion. In 2014, Alison joined Littler as a Regional Business Development Manager, where they partnered with attorneys to uncover client development goals, provided guidance, and developed accountability structures. Alison later became a Business Development Manager for Littler CaseSmart, identifying opportunities for the firm's services. Currently, they hold the role of Director - Business Development at Littler, where they bring enthusiasm and curiosity to develop new business and shares the value of the firm's products and services with clients.

Alison Coleman graduated from Saint Mary's College of California in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Prior to that, they attended Mariposa County High School from 1992 to 1996. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Certified Graduate of the Business Development Institute from The Ackert Advisory.
