Scot Diaz

Scot Diaz is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in driving operational efficiencies and strategic project planning. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Littler Mendelson since September 2012, Scot specializes in resolving project discrepancies, managing release processes, and optimizing business requirements. Prior to this role, Scot founded Human Capital Development, Inc. and worked as a Senior Consultant at Amgen, focusing on program management and enterprise records. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, leading change management initiatives, and contributing to significant implementations at IBM Business Consulting Services. Scot holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from UCLA.
