Jo Ann Ryan

Jo Ann Ryan has extensive experience in communications and emergency services, having served as Division Manager of Communications/Records at Littleton Police Department since April 1998. In addition, Jo Ann has worked as an Advisor for CM Group Holdings, Inc., also known as Creative Memories®, since 2004. From January 2014 to April 2023, Jo Ann held the position of Board Chair/Tech Ops at Consolidated Communications Network of Colorado and briefly provided Interim 911 Leadership for the Arapahoe County E911 Authority in 2016. Jo Ann began a career in emergency services with 911 Emergency Services in Linden, New Jersey from January 1994 to November 1998, and earlier worked in foreign exchange at Midlantic National Bank from January 1980 to January 1984. Jo Ann holds a degree from UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ.
