Andy Aska possesses extensive experience in customer support and product management within the construction equipment industry. Since February 2013, Andy has served as the Customer Solutions Manager and previously held the position of Regional Product Support Manager at LiuGong North America, focusing on after-sales support, warranty review, troubleshooting, and dealer assistance. Prior to this role, Andy worked as a Field Service Representative at Dressta North America Ltd for nearly a year, also providing after-sales support. Earlier in Andy's career, a role as Fabrication Manager at Step 1 Stairworks involved overseeing a manufacturing facility dedicated to stair production from April 2005 to March 2012. Andy holds a GED from Private Home School.
