Jingyuan Xu's work experience includes serving as the Head of Enterprise Solutions at Liulishuo, where they restructured the department and led a team of 38 employees. They achieved significant revenue growth for the Enterprise Solutions department. Prior to this, Xu worked at EF Education First as a Business Development Manager and Centre General Manager Trainee, focusing on driving sales revenue and setting a service-oriented culture. They also co-founded and served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Coovel, where they developed tourism products and implemented marketing strategies. Xu's earlier experience includes working at Shaanxi Super Pharmaceutical Group as the Marketing Department Director and Manager of the Sales & Marketing Division, where they achieved sales targets and trained employees. They also had a placement at The Gleneagles Hotel, where they received recognition for their service excellence.

Jingyuan Xu's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southwest Jiaotong University, which was earned from 2002 to 2006. They then pursued a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completing it from 2007 to 2009. Later, Jingyuan attended Hult International Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from 2013 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Jingyuan received the "Best Debater" award from Southwest Jiaotong University in May 2003. They also obtained an Industrial Placement certification from The Gleneagles Hotel in September 2007, along with a Certificate of Excellence from the same institution during the same month and year. Furthermore, Jingyuan received a Merit Degree of Master Degree in International Hospitality Management from Sheffield Hallam University in September 2007. Additionally, they were part of the Best Team of Hult MBA Action Project 2014 for the Clorox and received recognition for this achievement in May 2014.
