Nicole M. Pawlak, MBA, is currently involved in global partnerships at LIV Golf and serves as an advisor at The Realest while being a member of The Post, an exclusive leadership network for athletes. Nicole has significant experience in mentorship roles at empowHERed and the Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. Previously, Nicole held various positions, including Senior Director of Special Projects at Athletes Unlimited, where strategic initiatives such as launching sports betting and securing partnerships with Sportradar were implemented. Nicole also served on the board of directors for WISE Chicago as Events Co-Chair. Nicole holds an MBA in Marketing and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Iona University. Additional leadership training was acquired through The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and The Thayer Leader Development Group.

LIV Golf’s mission is to revolutionize and supercharge the game of professional golf on a global scale, unlocking the sport’s full potential for both players and fans. By introducing bold innovations, LIV Golf has reinvigorated golf with a fresh perspective and a defined playing season. From June to October, golfers compete in 14 tournaments on prestigious courses across the world in cities such as London, Bangkok, Boston, and Chicago. LIV Golf brings a new style to the centuries-old sport – with individual and team-based competitions like groundbreaking formats of 54 players, including 13 teams (four players each), two wild card players, shotgun starts, shorter playing windows, smaller fields, no cuts, and only three rounds of tournament play. World-class professional golfers such as Phil Mickelson, Henrik Stenson, Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Sergio Garcia, Louis Oosthuizen, Kevin Na, Lee Westwood, and Brooks Koepka have joined the LIV Golf League. All LIV Golf events are broadcast live on The CW, YouTube, Facebook, and LIVGolf.com.
