LIV Golf’s mission is to modernize and supercharge the game of professional golf on a global scale and to unlock the sports’ untapped potential for both players and fans. LIV Golf has reinvigorated golf with a fresh perspective and a defined playing season. From June to October, golfers play on prestigious courses across the world in cities such asLondon, Bangkok, Boston, and Chicago. LIV Golf brings a new style to the centuries-old sport – with individual and team-based competitions. There are seven regular-season events and a Team Championship tournament. Plus, newly-formatted tournament elements like 12 teams of four players each, shotgun starts, shorter playing windows, smaller fields, no cuts, and only three rounds of tournament play. Teams have unique logos, colors, and names. Players are competing for the largest prize purses in history.
