Thiago Fernandes Dantas Vasconcellos is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in logistics and customer success management. Currently serving as the Senior Operations and Last Mile Manager at Liv Up since August 2016, Thiago is responsible for overseeing logistics operations, process optimization, customer order management, last-mile transportation, and customer experience. Notably, Thiago has led significant organizational restructuring initiatives to enhance profitability and implemented technology solutions to support logistics operations. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Logistics Planning and Projects Manager, along with co-founding the logistics division at Liv Up. Thiago's career began as a Trainee at Visagio, where involvement in diverse projects honed analytical and strategic skills.
