Kishan Patel has extensive work experience in the field of CRM and IT. Kishan is currently working as a Principal Systems Analyst at LivaNova, where they are responsible for solution architecture and design of the CRM platform. Prior to this, they worked at BSI as a CRM Business Analyst & Workstream Lead. Kishan has also held positions at SIG plc, National Grid, Jaguar Land Rover, TNT UK, Capgemini, and GKN, where they gained experience in roles such as Salesforce Workstream Lead, Lead Salesforce Functional Analyst, Global CRM & Digital Business Analyst, Lead Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst, Enterprise Cloud & Salesforce Consultant, Senior Business Technology Consultant, and Systems Analyst.
