Mahesh M. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Mahesh is currently employed by LivaNova as a Supplier Quality Lead. Prior to this role, they worked at BD for nine years, where they served as an R&D Manager and handled various projects related to material change, cost improvement, CAPA, and design change. Before joining BD, Mahesh worked at HCL Technologies as a Project Manager for sixteen years, where they were responsible for business engagement, team management, and proposal-making. Mahesh also has experience working on contract assignments with Ethicon, Inc., Boston Scientific, Physio-Control, Inc., TATA JOHNSON CONTROLS, Whirlpool Corporation, and S.M Engineering, where they held roles related to engineering, design, analysis, and manufacturing.

Mahesh M. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with a specialization in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) from 1997 to 2001. Mahesh also holds additional certifications in ISO 13485 Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. and has received training on DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) from BD.
