Wayne Richards

Wayne Richards has had a successful career in the property management and construction industry. Wayne began their journey in 1999 as a Maintenance Mechanic at the Fort Worth Housing Authority. Wayne then worked at RLS Properties as a Maintenance Supervisor from 2003 to 2008. Wayne then joined Mid America Apartment Communities as a Maintenance Supervisor from 2008 to 2011. Wayne's career progressed as they became the Director of Facilities at Alliance Residential Company from 2011 to 2016. Wayne then took on the role of Capital Construction Manager at the same company from 2016 to 2018. Wayne's expertise and leadership in the field led to their position as Regional Vice President Capital and Building Services at Alliance Residential Company from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Wayne is serving as the Vice President of Capital at LivCor, a Blackstone Company, since July 2022. Wayne's extensive experience and diverse roles have honed their skills in capital management, construction, and facilities management.

Wayne Richards began their education in 2008 at Tarrant County College, where they pursued a degree in Management with a focus on Construction and Business Management. Wayne successfully completed their studies in 2011. Afterward, Wayne enrolled in the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management.
