Kimberly Bird

Kimberly Bird has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kimberly most recently worked at Live Action as the Vice President of External Relations, where they focused on enhancing the brand, media relations, and events. Kimberly also developed key relationships and partnerships to further the organization's mission to end abortion. Prior to Live Action, Kimberly served as a Board Member at St Peter Claver Catholic School and as a Corporate & Community Development Advisory Board Member at the University of Tampa.

Earlier in their career, Kimberly worked at Kforce Inc as the Director of Communications & PR, where they managed all communication needs and provided strategic guidance to executives. Kimberly also oversaw public relations activities and led a team. Before that, they worked at Total as a Communications Specialist, coordinating internal communications for an oil refinery expansion project and enhancing community and media relations.

Kimberly's experience also includes working at Nexstar Broadcasting Group as a News Reporter and Morning Anchor, where they not only delivered news on-air but also wrote, co-produced, and conducted interviews for a morning show. Kimberly also reported, wrote, and presented news stories for evening broadcasts. Overall, Kimberly has a strong background in communications, media relations, and building relationships to achieve organizational goals.

Kimberly Bird earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Southern Methodist University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
