Colleen Farley

Colleen Farley currently serves as the Vice President of Government Relations and External Communications at Utz Brands, Inc., a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Colleen held various positions at SNAC International from June 2016 to June 2025, including Director of Advocacy & General Counsel, Manager of Member Engagement, Member Engagement Associate, and Meetings and Events Coordinator. Colleen earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in December 2021 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from The Catholic University of America in 2016. Colleen is a graduate of West Morris Mendham High School, class of 2012.
