Jenny Longsmith

Jenny Longsmith is currently the Head of HR at Live & Breathe. Prior to this, they were an HR Consultant at Longsmith Limited from June 2018 to February 2019. Jenny has also worked as an HR Business Partner at J. Walter Thompson London (JWT London) from January 2010 to June 2018 and as Head of HR at RMG Connect from November 2008 to December 2009. Jenny began their career in HR as the Head of HR at Amaryllis from September 2003 to November 2008.

Jenny Longsmith has a MA in Human Geographical Research from Newcastle University, and a BA in Human Geography from the same school. Jenny is currently enrolled in the CIPD - Professional Development Scheme at MOL, where they are studying Human Resources Management and Services.
