Stephanie Brill

Stephanie Brill is the current Strategy & Ops Lead at Kindred. Stephanie has previous experience working as an Industrial Engineer at Disneyland Resort, where they focused on food & bev, rides, shows, and project development for the new Star Wars Land. Stephanie also has experience working as a Project Engineer at Boeing NeXt, where they were the Technical & Programmatic Integrator at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and engineering. Stephanie has a proven track record of developing successful plans and strategies that have led to improvements for the companies they have worked for.

Stephanie Brill received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. Stephanie also holds a certification from Reforge in Growth Series and another certification from Reforge in Mastering Product Management. In addition, Stephanie Brill has a certification from MIT xPRO in Architecture and Systems Engineering: Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems.

They are on a team with Connor O'Callaghan - Founding Software Engineer, Brooke Lacina - Talent Partner. Their manager is Tasneem Amina, Co-Founder.
