Lucy August-Perna

Lucy August-Perna serves as the Director of Global Sustainability at Live Nation Entertainment, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of sustainability initiatives across U.S. concert venues. With significant experience in the sustainability sector, Lucy established the first U.S. venue sustainability program while managing capital improvement projects, waste diversion strategies, and employee training initiatives. Previously, Lucy held the position of Social Responsibility & Advocacy Manager at Specialized Bicycle Components, enhancing cycling accessibility and supporting community initiatives. Lucy's background also includes advising brands and musicians on sustainability campaigns at Effect Partners, along with roles in grassroots political campaigns. Lucy holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BA in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
