Nicholas Eckerman

Nicholas Eckerman currently serves as the Head of Ballrooms, Food and Beverage at Live Nation Entertainment since September 2022. As a co-founder of Yakumi Restaurant Group, Nicholas is dedicated to offering a new sushi experience, while also being the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of PizzaRev since October 2011. Nicholas has been a member of YPO since 2013 and worked as an Independent Consultant from July 2018 to July 2020. Previous roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Malibu Beach Inn Hotel and Spa (2008-2011) and various positions in Food and Beverage Management at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company (2003-2008). Nicholas began a career in the hospitality industry as a Runner at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion (1997-2001). Nicholas holds degrees in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
