Phil Kosch

Phil Kosch is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as Senior Talent Buyer at Live Nation Entertainment since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing one of the largest markets for live music events and developing talent while managing a team that produces over 2000 large-scale events annually. Previously, Phil held talent buying roles at House of Blues and Double Door, where significant achievements included developing new business opportunities and strategic marketing plans for diverse venues and major sponsors. Phil has also contributed as a musician and partner at Treaty of Paris, where brand marketing efforts significantly enhanced awareness for a pop rock band. Further experience includes serving as Talent Supervisor at JBTV Studios, coordinating high-profile interviews and performances for a nationally syndicated show, alongside an early career in banking as a Teller Manager. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
