Stephen Starks

Stephen Starks has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal and entertainment industries. Stephen currently holds the position of VP, Legal Affairs - Concerts at Live Nation Entertainment, where they draft and negotiates artist tour agreements and venue license agreements, while also handling legal issues related to liability, insurance, safety, security, and intellectual property. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Counsel at Live Nation Entertainment and as an Arbitrator on the Sports and Commercial Panels at the American Arbitration Association. Stephen also served as Counsel at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, specializing in advising sports and entertainment companies, negotiating agreements, and providing counsel on operations. In addition, they held various positions at Penske Entertainment, Kroger, Gardis & Regas, LLP, U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, Supreme Court of Indiana, and Valparaiso University School of Law, where they gained experience in litigation, corporate law, and legal affairs.

Stephen Starks attended Drexel University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology. Following that, they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Valparaiso University from 2003 to 2006.
