Ryan Doupe

Ryan Doupe is a seasoned data management and governance professional with extensive experience in leading data strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Data Management and Data Governance at Live Oak Bank since March 2024, Ryan focuses on enhancing data quality, architecture, and governance policies. Previously, as VP and Chief Data Officer at American Fidelity, Ryan developed a comprehensive data strategy and led initiatives to improve data management practices across the enterprise. Ryan's prior roles include Director of Strategic Data Management at Arvest Bank and Sr. Director of Enterprise Information Management at Ferguson Enterprises, where Ryan managed significant teams and budgets while advancing data as a strategic asset. Ryan holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and has completed leadership programs at UNC and Harvard Business School.
