Scott McConnell

Scott McConnell is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Live Oak Bank, a position held since June 2018. Prior roles include Product Owner at White House Information Technology and Cloud Platform Business Analyst with the Executive Office of the President. Scott’s earlier experience at GSA involved various roles including Collaboration Specialist, Program Analyst, Budget Analyst, and Financial Management Specialist, contributing to significant projects such as the internal rollout of Salesforce Chatter to over 17,000 employees. Scott also completed an IMLP Internship at General Electric and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University in 2007.
