Nik Hobbs has extensive experience in supply chain management and operational excellence. Nik currently holds the position of Vice President Supply Chain at both Live To Play Sports and Norco Bikes. Prior to that, they worked at Specialized Bicycle Components in various roles, including Global Head of Operational Excellence, Director of Global Planning, Senior Manager of Demand & Supply Planning, and Manager of Demand Planning. Before joining Specialized, Nik worked at Quality Bicycle Products as a Purchasing Supervisor and Senior Buyer. Nik also founded and served as the owner and principal consultant at Athlete Custom. Nik began their career at TriSports.com, where they held positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Buyer/Merchandiser, and Operations Associate.
Nik Hobbs holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the Honors College at the University of Arizona. They also have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business Management from Bethel University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Leading at a Distance" from LinkedIn in 2020.
