Elena Ivanova

Elena Ivanova has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and countries. Elena began their career as a Business Development Manager at Kvazar-Micro Russia in 2001. From there, they joined NCA Group as a Senior Alliance Manager in 2002. In 2004, they transitioned to Intel Technologies Inc. as a Server BDM Russia/CIS.

In 2008, Elena joined Fluke Networks as a Regional Sales Director, where they were responsible for all business operations in Russia/CIS and CEE. Elena also took on the role of Country Manager, CIS-CEE, during their time at Fluke Networks. Their responsibilities included sales, both direct and indirect, as well as coaching and leading sales teams.

Elena then moved on to Arbor Networks, the security division of NETSCOUT, in 2016. Here, they served as the Regional Channel & Sales Director until 2022. Elena was responsible for managing regional channels and sales, ensuring successful business operations.

Most recently, in 2022, Elena joined LiveAction Software as the Channel Director - EMEA. Their role includes overseeing channel activities and ensuring effective operations in the EMEA region.

In 2023, Elena embarked on a new role as an International Relocation Coordinator at Clapham GmbH Relocation Services.

Throughout their career, Elena has consistently demonstrated strong sales performance and the ability to lead and coach teams. Elena has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and has gained valuable experience in business development, alliance management, and channel management.

Elena Ivanova began their education in 1993 at Merton College of London, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English for Businessmen in 1994. Elena furthered their education at Russian State Social University from 1996 to 2001, earning another Bachelor's degree in Economy, Politology, and Philosophy.

In 2017, Elena attended Goethe Institute Munchen, where they obtained a B1 certificate in the German language. That same year, they also received another B1 certificate in German from Goethe Institute Munich.
