Aqsa Sajjad has been working in the customer service field since 2017. Aqsa started their career at BDS Consultants as a Customer Service Representative and Supervisor, where they were responsible for establishing a rapport with clients and helping them resolve their Personal Injury Claims efficiently via effective communication and commendable customer service. Aqsa also handled Medico Legal reports using Grip Technology. In 2020, they joined LiveAdmins LLC as a Customer Support Analyst.
Aqsa Sajjad completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lahore Garrison University between 2015 and 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Mechanical Ventilation from Harvard Medical School. Aqsa is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of the Punjab, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
