Eric Mininson

Eric Mininson is the Director of HR at Vivo Living. Prior to joining Vivo Living, Eric was a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Paradigm Technology from July 2019 to October 2019. In this role, Eric implemented a discipline program protecting the company legally and ensuring consistent employee performance management. Eric also worked with insurance and payroll vendors to set up annual open enrollment periods and solidified policies regarding FMLA leaves and LOAs. Furthermore, Eric audited job descriptions and responsibilities to ensure compliance with FLSA guidelines and made recommendations on position changes. Lastly, they resolved corporate-level tax issues involving unemployment insurance.

Before working at Paradigm Technology, Eric was a Human Resources Generalist at IKEA Group from March 2014 to May 2015. In this role, they implemented a training and development process for a location supporting over 300 employees. Additionally, Eric designed, executed, and facilitated engaging training programs for all employees based around business needs. Eric also partnered with store management to secure ongoing development of competence and succession within the store.
