Malachi Douthit

Malachi Douthit has a diverse work experience in the technology and recruitment industry. From August 2012 to August 2014, they served as a Recruitment Advertising Specialist - Future Team Leader at Employment Office, where they provided tailored recruitment solutions including recruitment marketing and talent management. From September 2014 to December 2015, they worked as a Software Solutions Specialist at SCOUT Recruitment Software, streamlining the recruitment process for clients. Later, from January 2016 to June 2019, they held the role of Customer Success Manager at LiveHire, a cloud-based productivity platform for the HR and recruitment industry, where they delivered value to clients through strategic sourcing, reduced time-to-hire, and enhanced candidate experience. Malachi then transitioned to the role of Global Support and Operations Manager at LiveHire in June 2019.

Malachi Douthit completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Queensland from 2006 to 2010.
