Scott Meads

Scott Meads has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2022, they are currently employed as the Head of Data & Analytics at LiveHire. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Co-Founder (Technical) at Proppy.com.au, a platform that uses big data and AI to recommend suitable suburbs and properties for homebuyers.

From 2018 to 2022, Scott worked at Origin Energy, where they held two roles. Scott started as a Digital Insights Analyst and later became the Data & Analytics Lead (Retail X). In this position, they led a team focused on data strategy and architecture, streamlining business and data processes, and enabling self-serve analytics for the company.

Before Origin Energy, Scott worked at Coles from 2015 to 2018. Scott held multiple roles at Coles, including Digital Analyst - Marketing Technology, Digital Project Delivery, Loyalty Operations - Email Production Coordinator, Vendor & Contract Manager, and Business Analyst - Corporate Systems. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of digital analytics, project delivery, and business analysis.

Prior to Coles, Scott worked as a Sales Assistant at Brooks Brothers and as a Rowing Coach at Caulfield Grammar School. Scott also had their own business, Medical Web Solutions, where they served as the Director. Additionally, they gained industry experience at National Australia Bank as an Environment Services Analyst and at Accenture as a SharePoint Solution Analyst.

Throughout their work experience, Scott has demonstrated expertise in data and analytics, digital marketing, project management, and business analysis.

Scott Meads attended Caulfield Grammar School from 1999 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Information Technology degree at Swinburne University of Technology from 2012 to 2014.
