Lee Ripma

Lee Ripma is the advisor at HomeRoom and the founder of VestMap. Lee has always been interested in real estate and decided to turn the slow process of vetting a location into VestMap. With this program, Lee can now know if they will invest in a location in 30 seconds! Prior to founding VestMap, Lee was the acquisition manager for Square One Residential. In this role, Lee sourced both on and off-market parcels for infill development projects. Lee was also responsible for negotiating and closing on properties, confirming zoning and coordinating with City of LA ordinances, and direct to seller marketing. Lee has also worked as the biology team lead for Rocks Biological Consulting. In this role, they were responsible for managing the biology team, developing proposals and scopes of work, preparing technical reports, conducting botanical surveys, conducting avian surveys, conducting vernal pool brachiopod surveys, and conducting Quino checkerspot butterfly surveys.

Lee Ripma has a Master of Science from San Diego State University-California State University in Evolutionary Biology, a B.A. from Prescott College in Environmental Studies with an emphasis on Ecology, and education from Colorado College. Lee is also a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent with the California Department of Real Estate and the Kansas Real Estate Commission. Lee has a USFWS 10a recovery permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).
