Natalia DeLaRosa

Natalia DeLaRosa has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Natalia started their career as a Global Service Intern at Peacework in 2015. After that, they worked as an Interviewer at Siena College Research Institute from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they were a Marketing Intern at Broadway Marketing and a Learning Management Specialist at PwC, where they provided support for event and project coordination.

Their experience in recruitment began in 2017 when they joined Jobspring Partners as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in Information Technology positions. Natalia developed and maintained strong relationships with clients and candidates and managed their own portfolio of accounts.

In 2018, Natalia joined Sidecar as a Market Development Representative, responsible for lead generation and pitching to executives. Natalia then moved into a role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where they provided support for searches and built a continuous pipeline of candidates. Later, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist, leading searches and managing the candidate experience. Natalia implemented talent acquisition strategies and processes for high-volume recruitment.

Natalia then worked at CrossBorder Solutions as a Recruiter, where they led the recruitment strategy and partnered with leadership to manage recruiting expectations. Natalia sourced candidates for high-priority positions and ensured an exceptional candidate experience.

Most recently, Natalia worked at Attentive as a Recruiter and later as a Senior Recruiter. Natalia partnered with VP and C-level executives to build recruitment strategies and deliver hiring needs within the organization. Natalia scaled existing teams and defined talent gaps for hyper-growth.

Currently, Natalia is working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at LiveIntent, Inc. where they continue to apply their expertise in hiring and talent acquisition.

Natalia DeLaRosa completed their high school education at Bishop Eustace Preparatory High School from 2008 to 2012. Natalia then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing at Siena College from 2012 to 2016.
