Mario Garcia has a diverse work experience in the travel and hospitality industry, starting as a promoter and tour guide at the Palacio de Bellas Artes in 2018 before becoming a travel advisor at both Posadas and Descuentos en Viajes in 2019. In 2020, they created tourism-related content for Walk On Marketing Turístico, specializing in copywriting and digital marketing. In 2021, Mario joined Teleperformance as a bilingual customer experience representative and later, worked as a CX associate at Casai, handling guest inquiries and generating daily reports. In June 2023, they joined LiveKid as a customer success manager. Mario also worked briefly in 2023 as a club concierge and real estate content photography ambassador for DreamArt Photography.
Mario Garcia received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing for Tourism and Travel Services from Instituto Politecnico Nacional between 2014 and 2019. In 2018, they pursued a one-year certification program in Sustainable Tourism, Gastronomy, and Hotel Management at the University of the Caribbean.
Mario also obtained several certifications related to their field of study. Mario received the Open Water Diver certification from SNSI - VIVESCUBA in October 2022. In December 2019, they obtained the Promotor Turistico certification from Fundacion Carlos Slim. Mario received the Cambridge ESOL KEY English Test certification from Cambridge Assessment English in January 2013. In January 2021, they received a certificate in Tourism Innovation from Expertos en Turismo.
