Tracy Puhl

Tracy Puhl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Program Manager and Business Advisor at Livelihood NW since April 2022, Tracy previously owned GladRags from August 2009 to May 2023. Tracy held the position of President at Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon from October 2011 to October 2012 and worked as an Employment Specialist at Abilities at Work from 2004 to 2009, focusing on integrating individuals with disabilities into the workforce. Tracy Puhl earned a BA in Social Sciences from Portland State University and completed the SBA Emerging Leaders Program.
