Theodore Bangura, CFA has extensive experience in finance and corporate development. Theodore also worked as the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at RockYou from August 2014 to September 2017.

Theodore gained experience in corporate development and finance at Impax Laboratories, where they served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Development & Finance from March 2013 to December 2013.

Prior to their role at Impax Laboratories, Theodore was a Senior Manager of Corporate Development at NexTag, Inc from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they were a key member of the corporate strategy and M&A team, successfully closing 5 acquisitions and acquihires for the leading comparison shopping/ecommerce company.

Theodore started their career at BroadOak Capital Partners, LLC, where they worked as a Senior Associate from January 2007 to December 2009. Theodore began their career as an Analyst/Associate at Mercator Capital LLC from July 2004 to December 2006.
