Valentina Izyayeva

Valentina Izyayeva has a diverse background in product marketing, strategy, and analytics. Valentina began their career in 2011 as a Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager for Met Council. In the same year, they were the Marketing & Growth Lead for Competitive Advantage Tutoring, LLC. In 2012, they were a Marketing & Analytics Analyst for Citi Markets Analytics. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at IBM Consulting in various roles, including Managing Strategy & Analytics Consultant, Senior Strategy & Analytics Consultant, and Strategy & Analytics Consultant. In 2018, they were the first product marketing hire at LimeLight as the Product Marketing Manager. In 2019, they joined OnDeck as a Team Lead, Product Marketing & Strategy and Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Strategy. Valentina is currently the Director of Product Marketing at Lively.

Valentina Izyayeva obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the NYU Stern School of Business with a double major in Marketing and Economics and a minor in Psychology. Valentina also participated in study abroad programs at NYU Stern in India and Singapore, as well as Baruch Hillel in Germany. Additionally, Valentina has obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Advanced Product Marketing and Managing Teams, Pragmatic Institute in Pragmatic Marketing Certified – Level Three, and IBM in Design Thinking Facilitator and Coach. Valentina also completed a program at The Design Gym in Design Thinking Strategy.
