Charly Marks

Charly Marks currently serves as the Head of People at LiveMore Mortgages since January 2025. Prior to this role, Charly held the position of Head of Human Resources at The Analyst from April 2020 to January 2025, where Charly established an HR structure, process, and policy from scratch while delivering an effective HR strategy. Charly's experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Zurich Insurance plc from October 2011 to July 2019, collaborating with C-Suite executives to implement the company's People Strategy and utilizing data to identify operational opportunities. Previously, Charly was a Business Development Manager at both Zurich Insurance and Chubb Insurance Company of Europe, demonstrating capabilities in team leadership and high performance. Charly has furthered professional education with diplomas in Project Management and Change Management from UCD Professional Academy in late 2023 and early 2025, respectively.
