Shannon Bedetti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career in customer service and shipping at Bed Bath & Beyond from November 2011 to August 2015. During their time at Emmanuel College, from September 2013 to May 2015, they worked as a Front Desk Assistant. In 2014, they took on a role as a Hostess at The Hawthorne Bar, which lasted until June 2019.

In 2016, Shannon had internships in public relations at McNeil, Gray and Rice from May to June, and as a Behavioral Health Intern at Franciscan Children's from August 2016 to May 2017. They also worked as a Residential Counselor at Cambridge Eating Disorder Center from June to July 2017.

From August 2017 to September 2019, Shannon served as an Administrative Assistant at Joint Ventures Physical Therapy and Fitness. They then transitioned to Tia, where they held various roles. Firstly, from September 2019 to June 2020, they worked as a Front Desk Associate. From June to November 2020, they took on the position of Front Desk Operations Lead. Subsequently, from November 2020 to June 2022, they worked as a Virtual Care Operations and Coordination specialist. Lastly, in June 2022, they briefly served as a Recruiting Coordinator at Tia.

Shannon's most recent position is as an Operations Associate at Liven, starting in February 2023.

Shannon Bedetti attended Bishop Guertin High School from 2009 to 2013. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Emmanuel College (Boston) from 2013 to 2017. During their undergraduate studies, Shannon also had a brief study abroad experience at the University of Westminster in 2015, where they focused on Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Shannon obtained 'The Art and Science of Buying and Merchandising' certification from The Business of Fashion in November 2022.
