Paul M. Posta, MBA, is a seasoned business transformation leader with extensive experience in operations, global process design, and supply chain management. Currently serving at Livent (now Arcadium Lithium), Paul drives large-scale initiatives focusing on improving business processes across global locations. In previous roles, Paul held leadership positions at Finexio, Transportation Insight, Banyan Technology, GOJO Industries, ICI Paints, American Greetings, and Ernst & Young, where significant achievements included enhancing customer experience, increasing scalability, improving operational efficiencies, and driving revenue growth. Paul holds an MBA in Systems Management and a BBA in Information Systems Technology from Cleveland State University.
