Tilo Els is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in process optimization and continuous improvement across various roles in the beverage industry. Currently serving as a Process/Value Stream Engineer at Liveo Research since December 2022, Tilo's previous positions include Continuous Improvement Manager at BUDICH Produktion + Contracting GmbH and Unit Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Tilo improved line efficiency and reduced beer loss. Tilo also held the role of Production Planner at Anheuser-Busch InBev, focusing on optimizing production schedules. Tilo started as a Packaging Technical Trainee with South African Breweries and previously led process optimization initiatives as Director of Process Optimisation and Strategic Management at Zephyr Business Optimisation. Tilo holds a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
