Caleb Gordon

Caleb Gordon, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Caleb currently holds the position of Director of Systems Engineering at LiveOak Fiber since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Network Operations and Service Assurance at Blue Stream Fiber from February 2021 to October 2022.

From August 2018 to March 2021, Caleb was the Manager of Technical Support and Customer Service at Firefly Fiber Broadband. Before that, they worked at Shentel from November 2016 to August 2018 as the Supervisor of Technical Support and Customer Service. Caleb completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at Longwood University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southside Virginia Community College.

Caleb then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Liberty University between 2012 and 2014. Caleb further enhanced their qualifications by completing their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Education: Organizational Leadership at Liberty University from 2015 to 2020.

In order to specialize in the field of computer software engineering, Caleb enrolled at Western Governors University and is currently pursuing their BS in Software Engineering, which they expect to complete in 2023.

Additionally, Caleb Gordon has acquired several certifications to supplement their education.
