Adi Drabkin

Adi Drabkin is an experienced professional in business process management and technology project management with a strong background in leading cross-organizational projects and managing complex systems, including SaaS and API integrations. Currently serving as the BPM and Tech. at LivePerson since March 2022, Adi partners with various teams to implement change management processes. Previous roles include Senior Technology Project/Product Manager at Clal Credit Insurance, overseeing significant government and SaaS projects, and Senior Project/Product Manager and Business Development at CMT Global Financial. Adi has also held positions in business development and account management at Bezeq International and worked as a credit risk analyst at Dun & Bradstreet. Adi holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Human Resources from the University of Haifa, along with a certification in Project Management from The Open University of Israel.
