Andrew Baumgartner

Andrew Baumgartner serves as the VP of Customer Success for Asia Pacific and Japan at LivePerson since May 2024. Previously, Andrew held various positions at Splunk, including Area VP, Customer Success & Renewals, and Director of Customer Success for Asia Pacific and Japan, where leadership was demonstrated over teams focused on customer success strategies and adoption of Splunk’s products. Earlier experience includes roles at Veritas Technologies LLC and Symantec, where Andrew led customer success teams, managed enterprise customer relations, and ensured product adoption and satisfaction. Andrew's career began in technical support, with extensive experience in customer service and sales engineering across multiple organizations. Education was completed at UNSW.
